Plumbers University uses your account information to provide your course, save your progress and manage your membership. Contact hello@plumbersuniversityapp.com with privacy questions or requests to access or delete your information.

Course payments

Stripe processes payments. We store payment references, amounts and membership status so your access updates automatically. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in this app.

Optional Google Ads measurement

With your permission, Google Ads receives advertising cookie and click information, page visits, and a payment reference, amount and currency after a confirmed course purchase. We use this to measure ads and improve future advertising. We do not send your name, email, address or card details. Rejecting does not affect your course or payment. You can change your choice in Cookie settings.

Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information, advertising identifiers and click information as part of its tag. Confirmed checkout payments report the amount actually paid and a unique payment reference to prevent duplicate counting. Monthly renewals are not reported by this website measurement. No customer matching or enhanced conversions are enabled.

In the UK, EEA, Switzerland and Canada, and where your location cannot be resolved, the Google tag and purchase events are blocked until you accept. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you reject it. Canada is handled as requiring consent because our location check cannot identify provinces. Rejection and withdrawal block future events; previously blocked purchases are not replayed after acceptance.

We store a random visitor reference, your choice, the time, region and notice version in Lovable Cloud as consent evidence. A withdrawal adds a new record and preserves the earlier decision. A local copy remembers your latest choice in this browser. You can change it below without affecting course access. Clearing browser data removes the local choice; the banner will ask again where consent is required.

Google processes advertising data under its privacy and data rules. You can also manage personalised advertising in your Google account settings.
